Gardening can be a great way to enjoy the outdoors, get physical activity, beautify the community and grow nutritious fruits and vegetables. Whether you are a beginner or an expert gardener, your health and safety should always be a priority.

Join us for this one hour virtual workshop where we will discuss tips on  how to perform common gardening tasks in the safest and most efficient way using proper body form (ergonomics).

This workshop will be facilitated by an occupational therapist from the Credit Valley Family Health Team IPCT.
